{ White & Gold }

When I was browsing through my Pinterest boards, I couldn't help but notice some similarities in color palette between these three photos. I've been lusting after a gold french press for many moons. One of these days I'm going to bite the bullet. In fact, I woke up this morning to a broken coffee maker (that was fun, by the way) so it looks like I'll be needing to purchase a new coffee making apparatus soon. Does anyone else out there use a french press on a daily basis? I would definitely like to have one, but I don't know if I'm ready to give up the coffee maker. 

Also, it's snowing here in Cincinnati. So I'm just crossing my fingers that I'll be getting an email any moment from my teachers canceling class :) Wouldn't that be amazing? I think I might just be dreaming, but all I want to do is cozy up on the couch and read my new book. I settled on "The Good Girl's Guide to Getting Lost" at the book store yesterday. I've only read the first chapter, but I love it so far! I'll keep you all posted.

{Fall in Love}

Today, the Pumpkin Spice Latte returned to the Starbucks up the street from my apartment, which can only mean one thing.

It's officially Fall.

 (nevermind what the calender tells you)

I would like to celebrate with hayrides, apple picking, pumpkin carving, and hot cider drinking.

I love the seasons.

sounds like a little piece of heaven.

The season change is already making me rethink my throw pillow situation. I didn't buy any new ones for my apartment, just ones that I already had on hand, so maybe I can venture out to get a few new ones  that give a little more of a nod to Autumn.
