There is something that I've always appreciated and adored about small spaces. Even given the opportunity to have a large, extravagant home, I'm not sure I'd choose it over having my own little cozy cottage. I love the way these compact spaces are utilized. I mean, can you believe that balcony? It feels like a complete oasis in just a few square feet.
What's been inspiring you lately?
Thanks so much for stopping in. lovelovelove.

I found your blog via The Every Girl article you're featured in, and can I just say OMG AMAZEBALLS APARTMENT MUCH?! Absolutely beautiful, so stylish and cosy and awesomesauce. Kudos to you, lady!
Back in February my boy and I moved into a rather smallish apartment (with a killer view of the city skyline which: SCORE!) but we luuuurrrrrve it and we decorated it the way we've always wanted to decorate a space...we're quite pleased with the results. I think you just might like it, so check it out if and when you get a chance.
(Btw, do you like AB Chao, i.e. interior decorator extraordinaire?)
Aaaaanyway, all this to say, I think you're fabulous and that we've got a lot in common, and how about we become bloggy BFFs...? Heh heh. :-)
I couldn't agree with you more! My husband and I always say we'd rather have a tiny home over a huge SoCal mansion. Too much room to furnish, too much room to clean, too much room in general and not necessity. There's a quaintness about small spaces that forces you to only surround yourself with your favorite things, and learn to be creative. That last photo is killing me - such a darling bedroom!
